Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (425 ºF) and grease two baking trays. Flatten the chicken breasts with the palm of your hand until they are of even thickness. Cut the chicken into pieces of 3 x 3 centimeters.
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the oil and salt until the chicken is coated in oil. In a deep plate, combine the Corn Flakes cereal and the parmesan cheese.
Dip the chicken pieces, one at a time, into this mixture, pressing the chicken well to ensure it is completely coated. Arrange the prepared chicken strips on the baking tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden. In a blender, mix half a can of Heavy Cream with the pineapple, mustard, and honey, and blend well. In a small bowl, mix the remaining Heavy Cream with the BBQ sauce and ketchup.
