Delicious Buffalo Wings

  • 12 chicken wings, cut in half at the joint
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cup salsa, for wings
  • vegetable oil , for frying
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups roquefort cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bag celery, (in sticks)

  • First, prepare the cheese dip to accompany your wings by mixing cream cheese, blue cheese, lemon juice, and sour cream in a deep bowl. Whip the dip until smooth.
  • In a large pot, heat about 5 cups of oil to 180 degrees Celsius or until a drop of water evaporates quickly when dropped in.
  • Fry the wings until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  • In another pot, melt the butter and remove from heat. Add the wing sauce and mix well.
  • Add the wings to the pot with the sauce and use a fork to mix until all are coated with sauce.
  • Serve the wings with the dip and celery sticks.
