2 flour tortillas
2 slices panela cheese
200 grams chicken breast, grilled (cooked without oil)
2 slices avocado
2 slices tomato
lettuce

Heat the flour tortillas. Place a slice of panela cheese and some strips of chicken. Add avocado, tomato, and lettuce to taste.
Roll it up so the ingredients don't spill out. Put it back on the griddle.
Make sure to stir so it doesn't burn, enjoy with a natural juice.
