Homemade Spicy Wings

One of my favorite recipes, very spicy wings in a homemade style. This recipe will save you when surprise guests arrive at your home. The other advantage of this recipe is that the wings are baked and not fried, making them healthier.

  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chile powder
  • 2 teaspoons pimentón, spicy
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/3 cups red bell pepper, skinless
  • 60 grams goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • ground peppers, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 230° C.
  • Wrap a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  • To make the sauce: combine the peppers, goat cheese, cream, and salt in a food processor and blend. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the wings, olive oil, sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the wings for 25 minutes in the mixture you prepared.
  • Bake the wings for 25 minutes.
