Mustard Grilled Chicken Burrito

Prepare a delicious mustard chicken breast and use it to make burritos. You can make these when your kids’ friends come over during these holidays.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 slices panela cheese
  • 200 grams chicken breast, grilled (cooked without oil)
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 2 slices tomato
  • lettuce, to taste
  • mustard, to taste
  • salt, and black pepper

  • Season the flattened and boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cover with mustard to taste. Cook them in a skillet and when they are well cooked, cut them into strips.
  • Heat the flour tortillas. Place a slice of panela cheese and some grilled chicken strips. Add avocado, tomato, and lettuce to taste.
  • Roll them up so the ingredients don’t fall out. Place them back on the griddle.
  • Make sure to turn them so they don't burn.
