200 grams chicken breast, grilled (cooked without oil)

2 slices tomato
lettuce, to taste
mustard, to taste

Season the flattened and boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cover with mustard to taste. Cook them in a skillet and when they are well cooked, cut them into strips.
Heat the flour tortillas. Place a slice of panela cheese and some grilled chicken strips. Add avocado, tomato, and lettuce to taste.
Roll them up so the ingredients don’t fall out. Place them back on the griddle.
Make sure to turn them so they don't burn.
