  • PREHEAT the oven to 375°F.
  • COAT the chicken with the cheese mixture as indicated on the package; place it on a baking tray that you have sprayed with cooking oil.
  • BAKE the wings for 35 to 37 minutes or until cooked. Heat the marinara sauce in the meantime.
  • SERVE the chicken wings with the sauce.
  • For the marinara sauce: Wash the tomatoes and blanch them (cook them to remove the skin) in a pot of boiling water. Remove them from the water after 5 minutes or when the skin starts to peel off. Once warm, remove the skin and use a spoon to take out the seeds when cutting them.
  • Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces. In a deep saucepan, add a little olive oil, and once hot, add the peeled and chopped garlic.
  • Be careful not to burn the garlic at all times, as it could make the oil bitter. Add the tomato pieces, chopped basil leaves, and oregano to taste. Let them release their juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • For the wings: Place each piece on a baking tray sprayed with cooking oil or a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to each one. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste; I recommend using fresh cheese instead of from a can.
  • Bake the wings at 180°C for 30 minutes or until they look golden.
  • Serve on a large platter and drizzle with marinara sauce or place it on the side.
