Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Grease a baking dish with margarine and place the onion pieces at the bottom.
Rub the chicken breasts with the Knorr tomato cubes and pepper (save half a Knorr tomato cube) and place the breasts on top of the onion pieces, cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the sugar, orange juice, half a Knorr tomato cube, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and habanero sauce over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and brush it with enough sweet sauce, return it to the oven uncovered for another 20 minutes.
After the time is up, take the chicken out of the oven and shred it using two forks; mix with the remaining sweet sauce and fill the puff pastries.
For accompaniment, slice the red onion and habanero chili into thin strips, mix with vinegar, salt, lime juice, honey, and oregano.
Serve the puff pastries accompanied by pickled red onion.
