Chicken Sopes

These typical Chicken Sopes are a very common Mexican snack. They are usually served as an appetizer or starter, but they are also an excellent option for breakfast. You can make a healthier version by substituting the corn base with a nopal base. The best part about these Chicken Sopes is that you can add your favorite ingredients like chorizo, chicharrón, or guacamole.
