1 kilo chilaca chile, or california pepper
1 onion, girl
2 squares chicken bouillon cube
250 grams sour cream
100 grams mennonite cheese (Chihuahua cheese)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tomatoes, red
1 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1 glass water

Toast the chilies, peel them, and cut them into strips.
Cut the tomato into cubes, the onion into strips, and the garlic into thin slices.
Sauté the tomato, onion, and garlic in hot oil; once cooked, add water, chicken cubes, salt, and pepper.
When everything is boiling, add the cream and cheese cut into cubes.
And done!
