In a small pot over low heat, warm the jam with the water and mix.
Add the chopped serrano chili and cook for 3 minutes. Cool
Place the cheeses on a platter and serve with the jam.
Cut the bell pepper into a star shape and place it at the tip of the cheese. Insert the green onion stems at the base to simulate the trunk of the tree.
