Christmas Brie with Jam

This brie cheese with strawberry and chili jam is a great option as a snack. Serve with crackers and enjoy this rich and easy recipe. Perfect for starting the Christmas dinner or any other occasion.

  • 1 cup Great Value® strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 serrano chiles, in slices
  • 2 Brie cheeses, triangular of 260g each
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 scallions, only the stems
  • 1 tablespoon parsley , finely chopped
  • 2 packages Extra Especial® dried tomato crostini, 125g each

  • In a small pot over low heat, warm the jam with the water and mix.
  • Add the chopped serrano chili and cook for 3 minutes. Cool
  • Place the cheeses on a platter and serve with the jam.
  • Cut the bell pepper into a star shape and place it at the tip of the cheese. Insert the green onion stems at the base to simulate the trunk of the tree.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with sun-dried tomato crostini. Buy HERE
