Coca-Cola Chicken

  • Place the chicken thighs in a pot with water, onion, garlic cloves, and salt. Cook the chicken for about 25 minutes.
  • Boil the chiles, once soft, soak them and blend them with a garlic clove, Coca-Cola, bolillo, pepper, and cinnamon.
  • Heat a skillet and add oil, fry the sauce. When smooth, add the chicken and season with salt. Cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
