Mix the flour with salt, pepper, egg, and mineral water, and finally add the baking powder with a mixer to break up any lumps; it should be a heavy and thick mixture.
Skewer the sausages with the skewers and dip the sausages in this mixture; heat the oil in a saucepan or skillet to 180°C.
Fry the perfectly coated sausages in the mixture for 30 seconds and turn them so they become golden and fluffy, then remove them so they don’t over-brown. Take them out and drain on a paper towel.
