A well is made with the flour and in the center, the yeast, sugar, butter, and salt are placed, and around the flour, the improver is added.
Everything is incorporated and water is gradually added until a soft, smooth, and elastic dough is formed; the loaves are shaped and allowed to ferment (20 to 30 min). Before baking, they are brushed with egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Finally, they are baked at 180ºC.
