Country Bread

Delicious country bread, filled with cream cheese, mmm tasty, I recommend it.

  • 1 kilo flour
  • 150 grams yeast, dry
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 70 grams vegetable shortening, inva
  • 20 grams bread improver, (royal)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams sesame seeds
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 stick cream cheese

  • A well is made with the flour and in the center, the yeast, sugar, butter, and salt are placed, and around the flour, the improver is added.
  • Everything is incorporated and water is gradually added until a soft, smooth, and elastic dough is formed; the loaves are shaped and allowed to ferment (20 to 30 min). Before baking, they are brushed with egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
  • Finally, they are baked at 180ºC.
