1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons pickles, finely chopped
2 teaspoons mustard
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoons pepper
1/8 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and set them aside in a small bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika; mix them well.
