The first thing we will do is finely chop the chicken and ham to sauté it for a few minutes in a pan with hot oil.
We will gradually add the flour, milk, salt, pepper, and a touch of nutmeg, along with about two or three tablespoons of butter.
We stir everything very well, allowing it to mix and form a homogeneous dough. Once this is done, we remove the dough from the heat and cover it with plastic wrap so that the top does not harden.
In a couple of plates, we put breadcrumbs in one and beaten egg in the other; and we will make small balls that we will pass through each of the plates.
Finally, we just need to fry each of the balls in a pan with oil until they are slightly toasted.
And our chicken and ham croquettes are ready.
