In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, beans, milk, and 2 egg yolks. Refrigerate.
Crush the tostadas until they become a very fine flour.
Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and form balls with the mixture, placing a bit of pico de gallo sauce in the center of each one so that it stays inside the mixture.
Each ball is dipped in a little egg and coated with the crushed tostadas. They are fried and left on napkins to drain excess grease.
