The Cuban torta is a classic preparation of Mexican snack recipes, very common in Mexico City. It is a sandwich made with bolillo, filled with cheese, ham, leg, vegetables, and mayonnaise.

1/2 cups Oaxaca cheese
2 slices deli ham
2 slices leg, turkey
4 slices avocado

Cut the telera bread and spread mayonnaise.
Then add slices of tomato, a little onion, yellow cheese, Oaxaca cheese, and melt it on the grill.
On the other half, add the leg ham, turkey leg, avocado slices, and season with salt and pepper.
When the cheese is melted, bring the bread halves together, and it's ready.
