These dehydrated banana chips are an excellent substitute for the chips that kids eat during recess and a healthy snack.

3 tablespoons lime juice

Slice the banana into the thinnest rounds possible and place them in the bowl with water and the three tablespoons of lime. Wait a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 60 degrees Celsius. Place the banana on a kitchen towel and dry off the excess water.
On a baking sheet, place parchment paper or spray a little Pam and arrange the banana rounds neatly.
Put the tray in the oven for 5 hours, once finished, flip them over and leave them in the oven overnight (with the oven off).
