  • 1/2 cups goat cheese, for dipping
  • 1 cup serrano ham, finely chopped, for dipping
  • 1/4 cups orange jam, for dipping

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon salsa, macha
  • 3 cups almonds, whole

  • For the dip, in a bowl mix the cream cheese with the goat cheese, Serrano ham, orange marmalade, chili flakes, garlic powder, and salsa macha, mixing until all ingredients are incorporated, set aside.
