Arab Bread with Natural Hummus

This recipe is one of the easiest to prepare; this snack with hummus, figs, serrano ham, lettuce, and a touch of sesame seeds has the perfect combination of flavors. Be sure to share it at your next gathering.

  • 250 grams arabic bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams serrano ham
  • 1 cup fig
  • 1 cup lettuce, for decoration
  • sesame seeds, for decoration

  • Preheat the bread in the microwave for 25 seconds, then separate it and cut it into triangles. Brown them in the microwave for one minute. Cut the fig into slices and the serrano ham as thin as possible.
  • Assemble the triangles with the hummus dip, add the serrano ham, and a little olive oil. Place a fig on top of each triangle.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
