  • In a bowl, place the chicken breast, marinate with garlic and Hunt’s® BBQ Honey Sauce for half an hour in the refrigerator. Set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the bacon until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop finely. Divide in two.
  • With the same fat that the bacon released, cook the chicken until fully cooked, basting with the marinade occasionally. Remove from heat and cut into very small cubes.
  • For the dip, in a bowl mix the half of the bacon you reserved, the chicken breast cut into cubes, cream cheese, sweet corn, green onion tops, red onion, garlic powder, chipotle in adobo, and Hunt’s® BBQ Honey Sauce until the ingredients are incorporated and you have a firm mixture. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • On a bowl, place a layer of non-stick plastic wrap and using your hands, close the dip and form a ball.
  • Mix the rest of the bacon with the green onion tops and bread the ball, place your dip on a plate and serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Enjoy and share.
