Baked Artichoke and Feta Cheese Dip

Prepare a different dip for your important events, this Baked Artichoke and Feta Cheese Dip is very simple, I give you the oven recipe but you can also make it cold if you want.

  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese , at room temperature
  • 350 grams artichoke heart, chopped
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 5 black olives, sliced
  • paprika
  • 1 bunch spinach, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Mix the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, and garlic well.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish and top with the bell pepper and feta.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until hot; top with olives and a little more paprika.
