  • 1 bag Eva® cauliflower bits, 454 g
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups hot sauce, for wings
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cups Gouda cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups blue cheese
  • chives, finely chopped, for garnish
  • celeries, in sticks, for serving
  • carrots, in sticks, for serving

  • In a bowl, mix Eva® Cauliflower Bits with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, hot sauce, and mozzarella cheese until all ingredients are perfectly integrated.
  • In an oven-safe dish, place the previous mixture and sprinkle with gouda cheese and blue cheese.
  • Bake at 180° for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
