Chipotle Tuna Dip

This tuna snack is ideal because it has a touch of cucumber, olives, and celery.   • 3 cups canned tuna, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups vinegar, of chiles
  • salt and pepper
  • Ritz® cookies
  • celery, finely chopped, for decoration
  • pickles, cut into strips
  • green olives, for decoration
  • cherry tomato, for decoration

  • Place the tuna, cream cheese, lemon juice, chipotle in adobo, mayonnaise, chili vinegar in the processor, season to taste, and process until smooth. Place in a piping bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm.
  • On a board, place several Ritz® Crackers and pipe the previous preparation. Garnish with celery, cucumber, green olives, and jalapeño pepper. Serve and enjoy.
