Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cream cheese in a flat bowl. Make some holes in the cream cheese with a fork. Pour the soy sauce over the cream cheese; let it sit for several minutes.
Press the sesame seeds evenly around all sides of the cream cheese. Remove the cream cheese from the bowl and place it in a baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve it hot with crackers.
