Combine half of the chickpeas, garlic, serrano chili, lemon juice and zest, FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), sesame oil, olive oil, and Tabasco, blend or process in a food processor until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the remaining chickpeas to a separate bowl and mash with a fork.
Fold the chickpea mixture and parsley into the smooth mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
To make the pita chips: Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Brush the top of each chip with FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Mix the cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle the mixture over the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt. On a baking sheet, arrange the breads with the yogurt side up and bake until they are slightly golden and crispy (10 minutes). Remove and let cool.
Serve the FAGE hummus with the pita chips.
