Guacamole Dip with Spicy Shrimp

Dips for celebrations and gatherings are a hit because they are not only easy but also totally delicious. Prepare this spectacular soccer field dip made with spicy shrimp and a guacamole with mayonnaise and a tangy touch of lime that will fascinate you. It will be the sensation for the Super Bowl.

  • 1/4 white onions, grilled, for marinade
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted with skin, for marinade
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce, for marinade
  • 1 tomato, grilled, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups water, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for marinade
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Best Foods® real mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 8 avocados, for guacamole
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, for guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for guacamole
  • 1/4 cups cuaresmeño chile, finely chopped, for guacamole
  • 1/4 cups Best Foods® real mayonnaise, for guacamole
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

  • For the marinade, blend the onion with the garlic, chipotle chilies, tomato, water, and orange juice until you obtain a smooth sauce.
  • In a bowl, place the shrimp with lime juice, salt, and pepper, and marinate for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil and butter, fry the garlic until golden, add the shrimp you previously marinated and the sauce. Cook for 10 minutes, season to taste, and set aside. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and mix with Best Foods® Mayonnaise and cream cheese until you achieve a creamy and consistent dip.
  • In a bowl, mix the guacamole ingredients, season to taste, and set aside.
  • In a container, place the layer of shrimp dip and add the guacamole on top, leveling it with a spatula. Using a piping bag or squeeze bottle, draw the lines of the field and form the goals with pretzels, serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy.
