Jalapeño and Cheddar Cheese Dip

Prepare this delicious jalapeño and cheddar cheese dip made with Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. It’s perfect for snacking with your friends and you can serve it with crackers or toasted pita bread. The Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% gives it a creamy consistency, and what better combination than melted cheddar cheese with jalapeño. You will love it!

  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 180 grams cream cheese
  • 4 Jalapeño chiles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the cream cheese with Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Cut 3 of the jalapeños in half and remove the veins and seeds. Chop them finely. Use a fork to help you cut the jalapeño.
  • Finely chop the chopped ingredients and add them to the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% mixture along with the jalapeños, cumin, and salt. Grate the manchego cheese and cheddar cheese. Add it and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Place the dip in a small oven-safe dish and add more cheddar and manchego cheese on top. Cut the remaining jalapeño into slices and arrange them on top of the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
