Beat the first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl until creamy.
Reserve 1 tsp. of green onion. Add the remaining green onions, crab meat, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture; mix everything well. Spread this over the bottom of a microwave-safe pie plate.
Heat on high power for 3 min. or until completely hot; remember to stir it after 1-1/2 min. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and the reserved green onion.
