Maryland Crab Dip

This dip is perfect for seafood lovers. It is creamy and with the crab meat, it becomes an addiction to the palate. Serve it with crackers or toasted bread.

  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoons seasoning, for seafood
  • 1/8 teaspoons garlic powder
  • hot sauce
  • 3 chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crab, drained and flaked
  • 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, mix, shredded

  • Beat the first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl until creamy.
  • Reserve 1 tsp. of green onion. Add the remaining green onions, crab meat, and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture; mix everything well. Spread this over the bottom of a microwave-safe pie plate.
  • Heat on high power for 3 min. or until completely hot; remember to stir it after 1-1/2 min. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and the reserved green onion.
