Pepper and Pesto Dip

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 50 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 can red bell pepper, or 1 roasted pepper
  • cookies, chips, toast
  • 200 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

  • Add to the blender: cream cheese, basil, 1 clove of garlic, cream, and peppers.
  • Gradually add the olive oil (in a stream).
  • Season with salt and pepper and blend until creamy consistency is achieved.
