1 package cream cheese
1 bunch basil
50 milliliters sour cream
1 can red bell pepper, or 1 roasted pepper
cookies, chips, toast
200 milliliters olive oil
1 clove garlic
Preparation

Add to the blender: cream cheese, basil, 1 clove of garlic, cream, and peppers.
Gradually add the olive oil (in a stream).
Season with salt and pepper and blend until creamy consistency is achieved.
Serve with toast, bread, crackers, or chips.
