Pizza Dip

Prepare this delicious pizza dip to welcome your guests any day of the week. It's very easy to make and everyone will love it.

  • 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce, seasoned
  • 1 package salami, 100 g

  • Preheat the oven to 170° C.
  • Arrange the pita bread triangles on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Add 1 cup of Manchego cheese, ½ cup of cheddar cheese, half of the salami in a ceramic baking dish and spread.
  • Add the tomato sauce over the cheese and spread.
  • Add the other cup of Manchego cheese and the rest of the cheddar. Spread and add the remaining salami.
  • Place the mold with the cheeses in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with the pita chips.
