This ring is an ideal dip option for the holiday season, as it is made with cheese and has a spicy touch that everyone loves. Additionally, it is decorated with Búfalo® olives, rosemary, and peppers.

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter, onion, and garlic, and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the bacon and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden. Add the serrano chili and cook for 3 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika, garlic powder, green onions, and the serrano chili mixture you prepared earlier. Season with salt and pepper.
On a board, gradually pour the dip to form a ring. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on top and finish forming the ring with your hands.
Refrigerate the dip ring for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the plastic from the ring on the plate or board where you will present it so you don’t have to move it again.
Add Búfalo® Pitted Olives, sprigs of rosemary, and pieces of bell pepper over the entire ring to give it color.
Serve the spicy dip ring and accompany it with crackers.
