1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic
200 grams artichoke broth
300 grams frozen spinach
1 package cream cheese
3/4 cups cream
1 egg
1 cup Manchego cheese, grated

Put the spinach in a microwave-safe container and microwave for 1 minute. Remove the spinach and squeeze out the excess water.
Place all the ingredients in the food processor, adding the spinach and artichokes last. Blend gradually, as it shouldn't be completely smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes until it is golden and bubbly.
