Spinach and Artichoke Dip

You will love this spinach and artichoke dip recipe. It is super easy to prepare and tastes delicious; serve it with some tortilla chips.

  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 grams artichoke broth
  • 300 grams frozen spinach
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated

  • Put the spinach in a microwave-safe container and microwave for 1 minute. Remove the spinach and squeeze out the excess water.
  • Place all the ingredients in the food processor, adding the spinach and artichokes last. Blend gradually, as it shouldn't be completely smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes until it is golden and bubbly.
