Three Cheese Hot Dip

  • 2 packages Great Value® cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 100 grams Extra Special® iberian ham, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onion stalks, in small rounds
  • 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 pinch Great Value® plain salt
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 1 artisan bread roll, hollowed out
  • 3 slices Extra Special® gouda cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cream the cream cheese in the mixer and gradually add the blue cheese, beating until fully incorporated. Add the garlic, Iberian ham, green onion stems, spinach, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the previous preparation into the rustic bread and top with slices of Gouda cheese. Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately and eat with the rustic bread. Buy HERE
