Easy Molletes in Baking Dish

For a fulfilling and easy dinner that is sure to be a favorite among kids and adults at home, prepare this recipe for Easy Molletes in Baking Dish. These molletes are made with refried beans, turkey breast, and manchego cheese. You can serve them with pico de gallo and even a touch of habanero. This easy molletes recipe can also be made in an electric oven.

  • 1/4 cups bacon
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 tablespoons oregano, ground
  • 1/2 tablespoons oregano, ground
  • 2 leaves epazote

  • 6 sandwich bread
  • 12 slices turkey ham Fud® care-t +
  • 12 slices Fud® Cuida-T+ manchego cheese slice
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped, for the pico de gallo
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped, for the pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for the pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, for the pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for the pico de gallo
  • avocado, sliced, for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cook for a few minutes, and then incorporate the beans, oregano, cumin, epazote, salt, and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Spread the beans on each piece of sandwich bread and place them in an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Arrange the slices of turkey ham and sliced FUD® Cuida-t+ manchego cheese on top of each piece of bread. Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • For the pico de gallo, mix in a bowl the tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the molletes with pico de gallo and avocado.
