BBQ Hawaiian Pizza

This homemade Hawaiian pizza recipe is delicious for an afternoon when you don't want to spend too much time preparing something, but you crave something tasty. With classic ingredients that are easily accessible and a very simple preparation, you will love this pizza.

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups tomato, canned poached
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • salt

  • 1 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bacon, whole piece
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup deli ham

  • Using your Victorinox® serrated knife, cut a baguette into slices about 1 cm thick and arrange them on a baking sheet or casserole dish.
  • For the sauce, in a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the poached tomatoes with garlic, BBQ sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes, remove, cool slightly, and set aside.
  • On a cutting board, use your Victorinox® serrated knife to cut small cubes of bacon; use another cutting board to clean the pineapple, starting by cutting off the ends, then the skin, remove the core and cube the pineapple into small pieces, the same size as the ham.
  • On the bread, add the tomato sauce, grated cheese, ham, bacon, and pineapple; bake for 15 minutes at 190 °C.
  • Remove from the oven and serve.
