1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chile flakes
7 grams yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water
olive oil, for glazing
dip, for filling
Mozzarella cheese, for decoration
green onion stalks, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the flour, oregano, salt, chili flakes, yeast, olive oil, and water. Knead until a smooth and firm dough is obtained.
Form 6 small balls on a floured surface and place them around a cast iron skillet, let them rise for 30 minutes.
Add your preferred dip in the middle of the skillet and add cheese and green onion stems.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
