  • 8 NatureSweet® Mini Sweet Peppers
  • 1 garlic head
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • 3/4 cups requesón
  • chile flakes

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 12 slices baguette, toasted

  • Place the Cherubs®, the NatureSweet® Mini Sweet Peppers, the head of garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil on a baking sheet. Mix and bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until combined. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper until combined. Set aside.
  • Spread the bread with ricotta and avocado and top with the baked Cherubs®.
