This recipe is a delicious dish of a mushroom, pepper, and ham skewer. Enjoy this delightful combination and share it with all your friends and family; they will love it.
The first step is to prepare the mushrooms. Clean them and remove the stems.
Set the mushroom caps aside on a plate and finely chop the stems.
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Wash the peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and chop them into small pieces.
In a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté the onion and pepper with a pinch of salt.
After about 5 minutes on medium heat, add the chopped mushroom stems. Keep on the heat until everything is cooked to perfection.
Chop the serrano ham and add it to the sauté. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place the mushroom caps in a pan with a drizzle of oil, facing down.
Leave on medium heat for a couple of minutes and then turn them over.
Repeat this operation until the mushrooms are to your liking.
If necessary, add more olive oil.
When the mushrooms are to your liking, place them on a plate upside down to release any excess water and oil they may have. Meanwhile, cut 10 slices of bread.
Then, turn the mushrooms over and distribute the sauté among them.
Place each mushroom on a slice of bread and insert a skewer to hold everything together.
