Yukon Potatoes

  • 4 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Grease a large baking tray.
  • Place the potato wedges in a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil.
  • In a smaller bowl, mix garlic powder and salt, sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes, and then add the salt and garlic mixture. Toss to ensure the wedges are fully seasoned.
  • After the potatoes are well seasoned, place the pieces on the greased baking tray. Position the potatoes with the skin side down and the insides facing up. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
