5 telera rolls, or hamburger buns
5 slices deli ham
5 slices American cheese
1 onion
butter
1 tomato
1 serrano chile
salt , and pepper

Fry the mushrooms in butter.
Add the onion, tomato, and finely chopped chili; add Worcestershire or soy sauce if desired.
Meanwhile, cool the ham, incorporate the slice of yellow cheese, and once it is melted, place it on the bread and top with the mushrooms.
