A delicious Mediterranean snack made from a dough called Phyllo, which is very light and crispy. This dough can be found in Mediterranean or import stores, usually frozen.
Remove the Phyllo dough from the box (if you bought it frozen, thaw according to the package instructions) and cover with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
In a deep bowl, mix the feta cheese, chopped parsley, and Zatar.
Take a sheet (they are very thin) and spread a light layer of butter on it.
Fold the sheet of dough in half and place a tablespoon of cheese filling in the middle.
Roll the dough to cover the filling and make rolls. Cover the rolls with a bit more butter.
Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
