Cucumber and Shrimp Canoe

This recipe is so easy to prepare, very tasty, and kids love it. It’s excellent as a snack for watching a soccer game. Your guests will love it. Take note and enjoy it.

  • 8 cucumbers
  • 1/2 kilos pink shrimp
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro
  • limes
  • salt, to taste
  • red salsa, valentina
  • pepper

  • Wash and disinfect all ingredients very well.
  • Take one cucumber, peel it, and cut it lengthwise but only the top. Carefully scoop out the pulp and set it aside on a plate.
  • Once we have hollowed out our cucumbers into canoe shapes, proceed to chop the onion, tomato, cilantro, and mix it with the cucumber pulp and shrimp.
  • Once everything is well mixed, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Proceed to fill each cucumber one by one. Decorate it with some shrimp around.
