1 cucumber, cut into thick slices (you can leave the skin on if you want)
1 can canned anchovy
12 cherry tomatoes
olive oil
oregano

Cut the anchovy fillets and cherry tomatoes in half.
Place the cucumber slices on a platter, on top arrange half an anchovy fillet and half a cherry tomato. Stick a toothpick to hold it in place.
Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle some oregano.
