2 cans glass eel
1 1/2 cups olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon peperoncino, sliced
3 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
1 glass cognac

Pour in the olive oil and heat it up.
When the oil is hot, add the garlic, and when it is golden, add the chili and parsley.
Add the eels, previously drained, pour in the cognac and ignite with a lighter.
Serve with bread.
