Oriental Tuna Sashimi

500 grams tuna steak
1 cup soy sauce
2 limes
1 fresh ginger, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
sesame seeds, for garnish
fresh chives, for garnish
sesame oils

Preparation

Cut the tuna with a sharp knife into thin slices and arrange on a large platter.
Place a piece of wax paper over the tuna and use a meat mallet or bottle to flatten it to make it thinner.
Prepare the sauce by heating sesame oil and browning the garlic and ginger. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and lemon.
Pour the sauce over the tuna and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
Serve with toast.
