Oriental Tuna Sashimi

A delicious sashimi of fresh tuna with a ginger and garlic sauce.

  • 500 grams tuna steak
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 limes
  • 1 fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • sesame seeds, for garnish
  • fresh chives, for garnish
  • sesame oils
  • tostadas, baked

  • Cut the tuna with a sharp knife into thin slices and arrange on a large platter.
  • Place a piece of wax paper over the tuna and use a meat mallet or bottle to flatten it to make it thinner.
  • Prepare the sauce by heating sesame oil and browning the garlic and ginger. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and lemon.
  • Pour the sauce over the tuna and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
  • Serve with toast.
