Shrimp and Cheese Skewers

For summer grilling, try these delicious shrimp and cheese skewers; you can break away from the usual meat skewers and try something different and very tasty.

1 kilo large shrimp, raw
150 grams Manchego cheese
250 grams bacon, sliced
1 onion, cut into large cubes
2 Poblano chiles, cut into large cubes

Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail on, then make a small slit on the back to insert a strip of cheese.
Wrap with half a slice of bacon, then thread onto the skewer, alternating with onion and peppers.
Grill on both sides; you can serve them with white wine and a vegetable salad and enjoy.
