  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon butter with salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 limes
  • salsas, seafood sauce to taste

  • In a skillet, place the butter with the garlic and shrimp over medium heat, flipping them when they change color.
  • Add the juice of half a lemon and let it rest for a few moments off the heat.
  • Place about 8 shrimp per plate, add the sauce over the shrimp and garnish with a few cilantro leaves.
