Tuna and Cream Cheese Bites

Prepare delicious tuna bites in less time than you can imagine. They are a tasty snack for unexpected guests.

  • 1 can canned tuna in water, drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 slices french bread
  • salt , and pepper

  • Roughly mash the tuna with a fork. Add the scallions, cheese, and lemon juice.
  • Mix while mashing to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Taste, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (it can be less, this is to ensure it absorbs the flavor well).
  • Serve the tuna on the slices of bread.
