Tuna Cream

I learned this recipe a long time ago from someone I care about; and because of how easy it is to prepare and how delicious it turns out, I never forget how to make it. Whenever I prepare it, it is always a success. When I mention it to friends, they can’t imagine how good it is. Now I’m sharing it with you, hoping you prepare it and enjoy it a lot.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth , or water
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • panela cheese, cut into small cubes

  • Place the 2 cans of tuna (undrained) in the blender.
  • Add the milk and broth.
  • Blend vigorously until the ingredients are combined.
  • Pour into a saucepan with the previously sautéed onion.
  • Let it cook, stirring occasionally, and serve.
